A Red Sunset Maple is in the front yard of every house. I noticed this summer many saplings in the mulch beds. All had the same leaf as the Red Sunset Maples. One was 31/2 feet tall. I decided to transplant that one to a spot in the backyard based on the eventual size of a Red Sunset Maple.
